Four guides, with the sources attached
Long reads at /guides on rest between sets, training to failure, RPE versus reps-in-reserve, and what to change when a lift stalls. Every claim names the paper behind it, and each guide lists its references at the end.

Hand a template to a friend
Template sharing is on for the web. Create a code for one of your templates and someone else can preview it before taking a copy: the name, the exercise names, and the set, rep and rest structure, with your target weights stripped out. Codes expire after 30 days and you can revoke one at any time from Profile.

Report a member, and a filter on names
Training Circles gained the moderation they were missing: a flag beside every member that sends a report straight to me, a filter that screens display and circle names as they are set, and a way to reach support from inside the app.

Supersets that actually alternate
Link two exercises in the logger and it interleaves them — A1, B1, A2, B2 — with the rest timer scoped to the round instead of firing between every set.

Plate maths on the keypad
The weight keypad shows what to load per side, worked out from the bar and the plates you own. Set your rack and plates once in Profile.

Body fat, and a lean-mass line
The bodyweight card takes an optional body-fat percentage. Log it and the chart unlocks a lean-mass series alongside weight.

Streak and on-target boards, plus kudos
Two more per-member boards in a Training Circle — current streak and weeks on target — and one-tap kudos, so you can acknowledge somebody's week without typing anything.

A heads-up when a lift stalls
Progress opens with a short digest of the lifts that have stopped moving, and finishing a workout now counts every personal record you set in it, not just the first.
